Toronto's Art Gallery of Ontario and Ottawa's National Gallery are putting on book-end exhibitions, grouping artists from the early years with those doing contemporary work. The result is an artistic survey that tells a textured story of how life has changed in the North. This drawing by Annie Pootoogook is called Man Abusing His Partner.
