Prince Albert of Monaco and his new bride, Princess Charlene, will officially open an exhibition next month in Toronto on the life, art and artifacts of Grace Kelly, Prince Albert's mother.

The Toronto International Film Festival confirmed Monday that the royal couple, wed in July in Monaco, will attend the opening of "Grace Kelly: From Movie Star to Princess" Nov. 2 at the Bell Lightbox.

The Ontario capital is the only North American venue for the exhibition, which is based on two previous shows, "The Grace Kelly Years," from Monaco, and "Grace Kelly: Style Icon," from London.

Prince Albert, 53, is the second of the three children born to Prince Rainier III of Monaco and Grace Kelly, who abandoned an Oscar-winning Hollywood career in 1956 to become Her Serene Highness, the Princess of Monaco. She died in 1982.
