The 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T signed by Justin Bieber that was auctioned on eBay won't be leaving Ontario.

Allan Komenda of London, Ont., has come forward as the winner of the auction, but says he feels his $40,000 (U.S.) winning bid was too low.

Komenda says he was stunned when his bid, submitted in the last few seconds of the auction that ended on Monday, was the winner.

The car was auctioned to raise money to refurbish the skate park in Bieber's hometown of Stratford, Ont.

Komenda says he bid on the signed Genesis to help the kids in Stratford and plans to use the car to aid other charities he supports.

Since he felt the car didn't sell for enough to help the kids in Stratford, Komenda says he's willing to raise his bid to $80,000.
