REALITY Extreme Couponing TLC, 9 p.m. Who's ready to clip coupons? This concept focusing on consumers who find their own unbelievable bargains first aired last December as an hour-long special that earned more than two-million U.S. viewers. In the second show, Jessica shows how she creates big savings when spending $600 on groceries. Of course she has to go to 18 different stores, but that's the name of the game.

MOVIE Band of Angels TCM, 10:30 p.m. ET; 7:30 p.m. PT Directed by Raoul Walsh, this 1957 period piece features a remarkable performance by the Vancouver-born actress Yvonne De Carlo. The raven-haired beauty plays Amantha, a privileged young woman living in Kentucky prior to the Civil War. When her doting widower father dies, she learns that her family is penniless and that her mother was actually a black slave. Amantha is sold into slavery herself and bought by the Louisiana plantation owner Hamish Bond (Clark Gable). Don't expect the usual romantic denouement to this story.
