ALLAN LAMPORT Beaming happily despite a drastic cut in his margin of victory, Mayor Lamport reads The Globe And Mail headline telling of his election to third term. All but one member of Mayor Lamport's 1953 council were returned with him. Ald. Chambers had retired.
