This week's Time To Lead series looked at immigrant entrepreneurs. What do they need to be successful, and what does need to do attract more of them?

Globe reporter Tavia Grant canvassed the best ideas on Monday. On Tuesday, Comment contributor Sumitra Rajagopalan says we need a "Dragon's Den" approach to immigration; Canada should "have our immigration agents in Bangalore, Seoul and Moscow [to]scour campuses and companies for promising new technology entrepreneurs."

On Wednesday, Ratna Omidvar, President of the Maytree Foundation and Suresh Madan, President of TiE Toronto, took your questions on these issues, in an online chat hosted by editorial writer Karim Bardeesy.
