Stock car racers compete for prize money and bragging rights at the Agassiz Speedway in B.C. Dressed in a princess costume, Jennifer Knoepfel presents trophies to the winners.

Late model sportsman stock cars compete in the premier race of the night at Agassiz Speedway in Agassiz, B.C., in August. From spring until autumn, competitors and spectators gather on Saturday nights every two or three weeks to watch or take part in the races for prize money and bragging rights at the 42-year-old race track.
