OUTLOOK

"In my view, the U.S. economy is displaying steady growth which should prove to be sustainable. While it is difficult to fight the Fed, I believe that we have seen the lows in bond yields. Bond prices contain a large flight-to-quality element which will become less of a factor as the euro zone problems improve and as the U.S. economy expands. Corporate bonds are still the place to be as balance sheets are strong and earnings continue to grow. High yield bonds stand to benefit from the economic expansion as well."
