While revenue was down, margins improved. Keeping costs down will be important as the company has a cautious business outlook. Nevertheless, CEO Martin Ferron is buying again. Since the earnings news, he has bought 35,321 shares between $3.84 and $3.90. Since starting the job last May, he has bought 474,554 shares in the public market.
