Canadian issues that are moving on early news

Canasia Industries Corporation, which has gained 17 per cent yesterday, announced that it has recommenced operations on its flagship Clone Gold Prospect. This year's program will expand on the programs of previous years. Last year's bulk sample program consisted of 102 one-ton lots comprising the 2011 bulk sample from the Clone property.

Galway Resources Ltd. announced assay results from 5 underground diamond drill holes and four surface drill holes at its Vetas gold-silver project. The company said drilling has intersected several zones of high-grade gold mineralization at Vetas and has discovered another new vein.

DirectCash Payments Inc. announced a cash dividend of $0.115 per share for the month of September, 2012. The dividend will be paid on Oct. 31, 2012, to shareholders of record on Sept. 28, 2012. DCI lost nearly 1 per cent yesterday.

Premium Brands Holdings Corporation announced a cash dividend of $0.294 per share for the quarter ending Sept. 29, 2012. The dividend will be made to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28, 2012 and will be payable on Oct. 15, 2012. PBH closed at $17.18 yesterday.

COM DEV International Ltd., which is trading near a year high $3.28, announced that it has been awarded a contract valued in excess of $4-million (U.S.) to provide satellite equipment for an established American customer.

Largo Resources Ltd. announced the results from a National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical report which outlines certain revisions to the previously determined mine-plan as well as providing a revised cash-flow model for its Maracas Vanadium Project in Bahia, Brazil.

Botaneco Corp., which is trading near year lows, announced that as part of the continuing restructuring effort noted in its press release of Sept. 6, 2012, Murray Bruce, the current full time chief financial officer, is stepping down. Dan McCrimmon CA will replace Murray Bruce effective immediately as part-time CFO.

Silver Bull Resources Inc. will expand its underground Termite "twinning" drill program presently targeting the "high grade silver zone" into the "high grade zinc zone." The planned initial program in the high grade zinc zone will consist of 2,000 meters of diamond core drilling. SVB gained 10 per cent yesterday.
