GLENTEL Inc., which operates the WirelessWave mobile phone retail outlets and lost 5 per cent on Tuesday, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire 83 per cent shareholding in AMT Group Pty Ltd Australia, which operates and manages over 210 Allphones stores across Australia. The total purchase price is $70.6-million (Australian dollars), subject to closing adjustments.

Canyon Services Group Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share for holders of Canyon common shares. The dividend will be paid on October 26th, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 12th, 2012. The ex-dividend date is October 10th, 2012.
