In Norway, everyone's a millionaire
OK, a millionaire in Norwegian kroner, equivalent to about $178,000 (Canadian). According to this article, Norway's take from development of its oil resources is the equivalent of that amount for every citizen. The point made here is that Canada, specifically Alberta, hasn't made out as well in its dealings with the energy industry.
