A university professor estimates that's the cost per condo unit of replacing failing windows in older buildings. People may not anticipate all the costs associated with condo maintenance, he's quoted as saying in this news story. "This is not the same as buying a house. These will require a much larger proportion of our dollars to operate and maintain."
