Quote

Company Name: Company name of the security you are viewing.

Symbol: The symbol of the security the market price information is for.

Exchange: The stock exchange the security trades on that you are viewing.

Sector: The industry sector of the company.

Latest: The last available price for the security. Quotes are delayed 15 minutes unless otherwise indicated.

Change: The price increase or decrease, and percentage change for the security during the current or latest trading day compared to the previous closing price.

Volume: The number of shares of the security traded during the current or latest trading day.

Trade Time: Date and time of the latest available price.

Open: The first transaction price for the security when trading began for the current day or latest day.

Previous Close: Last price for the security as of the previous close of trading.

High: The highest price at which the security has traded during the current or latest trading day.

Low: The lowest price at which the security has traded during the current or latest trading day.

Bid: The Bid shows the highest price a buyer is willing to pay for the security at a given time. The "x number" is the latest bid size (The aggregate size in board lots of the most recent bid to buy the security).

Ask: The Ask shows the lowest price a seller is willing to accept for the security at a given time. The "x number" is the latest ask size (The aggregate size in board lots of the most recent ask to sell the security).

52-Week High: The highest price at which the security has traded during the latest 52 weeks, and the date at which it occur.

52-Week Low: The lowest price at which the security has traded during the latest 52 weeks, and the date at which it occur.

Beta: The beta is a measure of a stock's price volatility in relation to the market. In other words, what has been the stock's price move relative to the market.

Market Capitalization: A company's market capitalization is its stock market dollar value. It is calculated as total common shares outstanding multiplied by its current stock price.

EPS: EPS is the company's trailing 12 months earnings per share before extraordinary items. Eps is calculated as earnings before extraordinary items, less preferred-share dividends, divided by average common shares outstanding during indicated fiscal year.

P/E: P/E stands for price-to-earnings ratio. The P/E is a value indicator that represents the number of times a company's per share earnings must be multiplied in order to match its stock market price. In general the higher the price-to-earnings ratio, the more expensive the stock is.

Forward P/E: Forward price to earnings ratio is the company's expected price to earnings using estimated earnings per share.

PEG: Price to earnings to growth ratio compares the company's price/earnings with the company's expected 5 year annual growth rate.

Annual Dividend: The indicated annual dividend per share based on dividends paid in the last 12 months.

Yield: Shows the percentage return on a stock generated by its indicated annual per share dividend.

Income Statement

Sales: is the trailing twelve months total revenue as reported by the company, unless no quarterly financial information is available, then the results for the last annual is displayed.

Earnings: is the trailing twelve months net income as reported by the company, unless no quarterly financial information is available, then the results for the last annual is displayed.

Return on Equity: is the latest return on common shareholders equity calculated using the trailing twelve months results, unless no quarterly financial information is available, then the results for the last annual is displayed.

Balance Sheet

Assets: the latest quarterly total assets as reported by the company is displayed, unless no quarterly financial information is available, then the results for the last annual is displayed.

Liabilities: the latest quarterly total liabilities as reported by the company is displayed, unless no quarterly financial information is available, then the results for the last annual is displayed.

Liabilities-to-Equity Ratio: this is the ratio of the companies total liabilities to its total shareholders equity. A result less than 1 indicates a company is supporting more of its activity from invested capital.

Cash Flow

Cash Flow: this is the companies latest trailing twelve month cash flow from operations, unless no quarterly financial information is available, then the results for the last annual is displayed.

Cash: this is the ending cash/short term debt balance as reported on the latest quarterly cash flow statement for the company. The latest annual ending cash/short term debt balance is used if quarterly results are not available.

Current Ratio: this is the ratio of current assets divided by current liabilities from the latest quarter, and is an indicator of short-term debt-paying ability. The higher the ratio, the more liquid the company. The latest annual current ratio is displayed if quarterly results are not available.

Price Ratios

Price to Sales: this is the ratio of the company's current price to its latest quarterly trailing twelve month sales per sales. The latest annual price to sales ratio is used if quarterly results are not available. A low price to sales ratio is usually thought to be a better investment.

Price to Boot: this is the ratio of the company's current price to its latest quarterly book value per share. Book value per share is calculated as common shareholders' equity divided by common shares outstanding at end of the indicated period. Annual price to book ratio is displayed if quarterly results are not available. Like other price to ratios the lower values are thought to be an indication of a good investment.

Price to Cash Flow: this ratio is the company's current price to its lastest trailing twelve month cash flow per share. Cash flow per share is calculated as trailing twelve month cash flow from operations divided by common shares outstanding at end of indicated period. Annual price to book ratio is displayed if quarterly results are not available. As above a lower value for the ratio is one indication of a good investment.

Event Calendar

Earnings: The last reported earnings per share and the date it was reported is listed under the Last label. The next expected reporting date and the expected consensus estimate earnings per share is displayed under the Next label.

Surprises: The last reported percentage difference between reported earnings per share and the expected consensus estimate earnings per share, and the date it was reported is listed under the Last label.

Dividends: The last dividend per share and the x-date of the dividend is shown as the Last, while the next expected dividend per share and its x-date is displayed under the Next label.

Splits: The effective date and the split ratio of the companies last split is shown under Last. The effective date of the next reported/expected split and split ratio is display under Next.
