It is a diversified real estate investment trusts in Canada and the commercial property owner and manager in the province of Quebec. The Company has portfolio of 497 properties including 120 office buildings, 160 retail buildings and 217 industrial and mixed-use buildings located in Quebec, Ontario, the Atlantic Provinces and Western Canada. Its investment objectives are to provide its unitholders with growing cash distributions, sustainable over the long-term and payable monthly, as well as to increase and maximize unit value through proactive management and the sustained growth of its property portfolio. Cominar is also one of the very few Canadian REITs where management and trustees hold some 7.2% of outstanding units.
