(BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC, the "Company") informs that the redemption price of the notes issued in 2013, maturing in September 2023, was USD1,000.167 per USD1,000 principal amount, for a total prepayment of principal plus make whole amount of USD821,613,148.865, plus accrued interest as of the redemption date of August 7, 2023.
