NEW YORK and TORONTO, Feb. 22, 2023 /CNW/ - iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. ("iAnthus" or the "Company") (CSE: IAN) (OTCPK: ITHUF), which owns, operates and partners with regulated cannabis operations across the United States, announces that Zachary Arrick has resigned from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board"), effective February 21, 2023. Mr. Arrick joined the Board on June 24, 2022 upon completion of the Company's previously announced recapitalization transaction.
