Nobody is likely to accuse Khloe Kardashian of having good timing or common sense.

The reality star has people questioning her judgment after she posted a picture of herself and new boyfriend French Montana - with him holding a gun and her swigging alcohol – on Instagram.

In the photograph, which may have been taken on a film set, the 29-year-old sister of Kim Kardashian is shown chugging champagne directly from the bottle while her rapper beau stares toward the camera while cradling a machine gun in his arms.

Kardashian captioned the picture, which she posted to Instagram in the early hours of Monday morning, with the comment, "About to go gucci maaannnn. #MovieSet #JustDifferent @frenchmontana."

The Daily Mail reports that the photo was taken on the set of Montana's new music video for the song They Don't Love You No More, which is currently filming in Miami.

Within hours of the picture's posting, Kardashian's Instagram page was full of comments from people registering their dismay.

"You look like an idiot glamourising a gun. Pathetic!," wrote one unhappy Instagram user. "Khloe, why??" said another.

But there were some defenders too: "it's a movie set it's not real calm down people," read one comment.

Incredibly, this isn't the first time that Khloe has raised hackles with an Instagram picture featuring a firearm.

Last April, Kardashian had people talking after she posted a picture of herself attired in a sheep costume while holding a handgun.

Kardashian and Montana went public with their new relationship several weeks ago but some members of her family are reportedly unhappy with the pairing, reports Us Weekly.

Montana uploaded a screen shot of the picture onto his own Instagram account at the same time.
