MEA CULPA
It took a few days, but Trent Reznor finally received an apology for getting cut off on last weekend's Grammys broadcast. On Monday, the Nine Inch Nails frontman vented his frustration at the show's final performance, in which he appeared onstage with Dave Grohl, Lindsey Buckingham and Queens of the Stone Age. The performance was cut short when the telecast ran nearly an hour late. Reznor went on Twitter to post the comment, "Music's biggest night…to be disrespected." On Wednesday, Grammys executive producer Ken Ehrlich told reporters, "I'm sorry he was upset. I was really thrilled that we were finally getting him on the Grammys." As for ending the show early, Ehrlich said, "We got as close as we could possibly get."

FASHION DISASTER
What were you thinking, Katy Perry? The Roar singer turned a few heads at this week's taping of a Beatles TV tribute in Los Angeles by wearing a dress that seemed to be constructed from a set of old curtains. Photographers covering the event complained that the long rose-print dress completely obscured Perry's curves, which she gladly put on display at the Grammy Awards the night before. Rounding out the fashion disaster at the Beatles event was Perry's singer-songwriter boyfriend John Mayer, who wore a baggy pair of harem trousers, big clunky boots and a brown-knitted cardigan.

TWO MOMS
The Disney Channel has finally introduced a gay couple on one of its teen-themed sitcoms. On this week's new episode of the family-themed show Good Luck Charlie, befuddled parents Bob and Amy Duncan (Eric Allan Kramer, Leigh-Allyn Baker) set up a play date for their toddler Charlie and a new acquaintance. When the kid shows up, it turns out that Charlie's new pal has two moms. In typical sitcom fashion, one friend dives immediately into girl talk with Amy while the other gets stuck listening to Bob's interminable stories about working as an exterminator.

Says Michele: "I was at a great place in my life and I was so unbelievably happy – my relationship with Cory made me feel like I could reach for the stars and more."
