I'm in my forties and still get occasional pimples. Are there any natural remedies I can use to make them disappear?

The most natural of remedies? Leave them alone. It's usually best to allow blemishes to run their course. You can help the healing process along by steaming your face a few times a week and not touching the eruption.

If you're in need of some instant relief, however, you can try one of the natural products on the market. Burt's Bees Doctor Burt's Herbal Blemish Stick, for instance, is great. It contains myriad natural ingredients, including tea tree oil, a natural antiseptic. If you follow a proper daily skin-care routine and apply a remedy like this two to three times a day, you'll be in good shape to rid yourself of those occasional pop-ups.
