Wellington Boots

Spring fashions are starting to come out of the closet. What do you think of women wearing: 1) black tights instead of pants or dresses, 2) rubber Wellies in all seasons, 3) jeans under a skirt and 4) the floor-length skirts coming out for spring?

What do I think? 1) I love black tights - they are a gift to all men. And they're great on all body types. 2) Wellies are adorable as well - cute and somehow girly, especially when worn with black tights and no pants (that's a super sexy image). 3) I've never got this one - if you're too modest to show a bit of leg, I understand, but why bother with the skirt? Jeans on their own are quite chaste, no? When I see this combination, I automatically categorize the wearer as a determined hipster who is angry at someone, probably her parents. 4) Fantastic - all skirts and dresses are romantic, regardless of length. The only caveat here is that the new neo-hippie skirts are all quite voluminous, so they will add bulk to your silhouette. They're unfortunately better-suited to the slender.
