It’s a beautiful Sunday afternoon at Roots founder Michael Budman’s house. His sprawling backyard (complete with a hockey rink and pool) is transformed into a lounge-slash-concert venue for the annual star-studded Artists for Peace and Justice (APJ) garden lunch, always a highlight of the Toronto International Film Festival party scene.
