Vegetables are so flavourful right now that this dinner will excite vegetarians and meat lovers alike. The corn puddings are a creamy soufflé topped with meaty portobello mushrooms with a touch of miso to really bring out the flavours. Serve with a zucchini slaw on the side. Plum squares are the perfect treat to end this simple meal. Cooked plums are underappreciated, but these squares will have you on the bandwagon.
