Make brunch beautiful with empty egg cartons

When it comes to spending time with friends that have young families, brunch is my meal of choice. But rather than heading out to the latest hot spot with line-ups and low blood sugar, I opt for the more relaxing option; brunch at home that the whole family can enjoy. The bottom half of clear egg cartons make a great serving option. Include toast soldiers, soft-boiled eggs, meats, jams and fruits for a well-rounded meal. You can even customize them to your guests individual tastes. Order up!
