1 oz. Beefeater gin
1 oz. Dolin red vermouth
4 oz. Pares Balta Cava Brut
Method
To a champagne flute, add Beefeater gin, Dolin red vermouth, and Pares Balta Cava Brut.
Garnish with an orange twist.
