Left-Coast Spritz (simple version)

An advanced version of this drink requires an ISI charger, "a really handy thing to have around the house" to carbonate your own drinks, says Brad Stanton, the cocktail's creator. But don't be intimidated if you don't have one – it can also be made with soda.

–From Brad Stanton, bar and lounge manager, Hawksworth Restaurant, Vancouver

Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 ounces soda water

2 ounces white wine

1 ounce Lillet blanc

1½ ounces Aperol
