1 1/2 ounces Bombay Sapphire Gin

1/2 ounce green Chartreuse

3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

1/2 ounce maple syrup

6 to 8 mint leaves

5 whole grapes


To create one, muddle lime juice, maple syrup, mint leaves and grapes in a cocktail shaker, add gin and Chartreuse, shake with ice and pour into a Collins glass. Top with more ice and sparkling water, garnish with a few fresh blackberries and say, "Santé." -
