wine review

A seductively funky cabernet franc from the Loire Valley. Medium-bodied, it tastes as though you’re standing in a horse stable while biting into a tart red plum that has nuances of strawberry, dried herbs and cedar. Lots of complexity and offbeat character for the money. Available in Ontario.
