Another marvellous chardonnay from Prince Edward County’s Exultet, this one from the warm, ripe 2016 season. Full-bodied and impressively balanced, it’s generously flavoured, with grilled pineapple, vanilla, toasted hazelnut and peach notes, finishing with tight-bright acidity.
