wine review

A kosher-for-Passover red from an excellent producer in the Upper Galilee. Full-bodied – at 15-per-cent alcohol – and sweetly ripe. Lots of cherry-like flavour on a tight, tannic frame, with an earthy undercurrent suggesting dry forest floor. Very good choice for roast lamb.
