wine review

Here’s a benchmark white blend from Alsace that contains more varieties than the Westminster Kennel Club, including sylvaner, riesling and pinot blanc. Medium-bodied and dry, but not quite bone-dry, it’s pleasantly aromatic and musky and offers notes of peach, pear and honey. Perfect for spicy Asian curries and anything with Indian seasonings. Available in Ontario at the price below, various prices in Alberta, $16.75 in Quebec, $22.99 in New Brunswick.
