Medium-full and delectably fleshy. Musky, with notes of syrupy peach and spicy ginger – especially as it heats in the glass. Try not to gulp it too quickly straight from a cold fridge; it shows best after it warms. Substantial without resorting to big alcohol (at a judicious 12.5 per cent).
