Medium bodied and delectable. This is a dry white blend, though with a nod in the off-dry direction thanks to its succulent fruit, fleshy extract and moderate acidity. It’s like eating soft, ripe fruit, namely a medley of mango, apricot and orange. Pretty overtones of flowers and ginger. Great for curries and spicy Thai dishes as well as for a cheese course.
