wine review

Cantine di Marzo bills itself as one of the oldest family-run wineries in Italy, with roots dating to 1647. Consider it a fine story to tell, or simply to ponder, as you pour this rich-yellow elixir. Made in the hills above Naples, it's medium-bodied, dry and bracingly, if subtly, bitter, with an oily texture carrying notes of peach, apple, orange zest and honey. Good choice of medium-weight fish or chicken dishes. Available in Ontario.
