A relatively new blend of shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot, this medium-full-bodied red excelled in the sunny 2010 growing season, showing impressive ripeness. Moderately smooth, it comes with whispers of bell pepper and roasted nuts, adding interest to the currant-like fruit. It would match nicely with juicy burgers.
