It takes guts to name a winery "farm" but Heidi Noble and Michael Dinn like to stress that good wine starts with proper farming. This medium-full-bodied white comes from a cool growing season, which imparted vigorous acidity to the fully ripe fruit. It's clean and very crisp despite 10 months in oak, with a fruity-sour see-saw of flavour and moderate creaminess. I'd pair it with delicate seafood, including raw oysters.
