A refreshingly unoaked red from the southern Roussillon matured in concrete tanks. Medium-full-bodied, with a flavour of perfectly ripe berries wrapped in savoury essences of licorice, lavender and thyme, supported by gently chalky tannins. Great for roasted red meats, including leg of lamb. Available in Ontario.
