Amid a sea of so-so Soaves, Pra is working wonders with the Veneto's signature white wine. Made from the local garganega grape, it's full of grace, light-bodied yet silky and soft, with seductively subtle pear and citrus flavours drawing out to a long, delicately bitter finish. Great for light seafood. The comparably good 2010 vintage sells for $19.50 in Quebec.
