wine review

Bone-dry and full, with fine-grit tannins and tight acidity. Tangy cherry infused with smoked herbs and underbrush. Fresh berries from a cedar forest. Good varietal character, with Okanagan ripeness supporting cabernet franc's more savoury and classically familiar characters. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Available direct, upperbench.ca.
