Don't just sit there: Try the jumping jack plank

Why not work your core, shoulders and triceps during the commercial break?

Start by placing your hands on the edge of your sofa and toes on the floor, so that your body forms a plank position. Make sure your hips are not up in the air and that your lower back is not arching.

Use your core to ‘jump’ your feet wide, then jump back to the starting position – like a horizontal version of a jumping jack.
