How to fix your office posture in 15 minutes

If you can't help but slump or round forward at your desk, it's time to put in the time and fix it. Here's how

Set a (quiet) alarm to beep every 15 minutes for four hours. Every time it goes off, take note of your posture.

Then, correct yourself: Sit up straight, draw your shoulders back slightly and make sure your upper body is not rotated in either direction. The goal is to develop a new posture so that slumping is not your default position. Practise this until you’re able to hold good posture without a very annoying reminder.
