How to get in a quick workout – with your kitchen towel

Think your kitchen towel is ready for the wash? You can get one more use out of it – by working out your legs

1. Place the towel under your right foot. Lower yourself into a lunge position by bending your left leg and sliding your right foot backward. 2. Keep as low as possible as you slide your right foot forward and backward along the floor. Do 10 reps, then switch and repeat on the opposite side.
