You can start sitting or standing. Make sure you aren’t slouched. Look straight ahead and imagine a piece of string is pulling the crown of your head to the sky.

Roll your shoulders forward 10 times. Then roll your shoulders backward 10 times.

Finish by bringing your right arm across your body while gently putting pressure on it with your left hand. Hold and breathe deeply five times before switching arms.
