2. Push up onto your tiptoes and hold this raised position for five seconds before lowering. Do 15 reps on each leg.
3. Advanced class: Do the single-leg version. Cross your right foot behind your left ankle.
4. Push up onto your tiptoes. Hold for five seconds before lowering. Repeat fifteen reps. Do 15 reps on each leg.
