All it takes is a commercial break on TV to strengthen your bum

1. Lie on your left side with knees bent and feet positioned behind you in-line with your bum. 2. Keep your feet together while slowly using your right bum muscle to open your right knee. Don’t let your top hip roll backward. Your lower body should roughly resemble an open clam. Repeat 15 times before switching sides.
