You don't need to get out of bed to stretch your back

Target your glutes and lower back with the in-your-bed back stretch

Start by lying on your back with your knees bent and feet on the bed. Cross your right leg over the left so your thighs are touching. Pull both knees into your chest and hold for 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat.

If you’ve got 10 seconds to spare, try gently rolling your hips from side to side while holding the stretch.
