Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup icing sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons brandy
1/4 whipping cream
Method
Beat butter until soft. Beat in icing sugar, little by little, until well-blended. Add the salt, vanilla and brandy. Beat in the whipping cream. Sauce should be smooth. Chill in the fridge in a small bowl and serve with trifle or pudding.
