Want the easy way out this Christmas? These rib steaks are the perfect solution to making a celebratory dinner quickly and without fuss. The meat only needs about 25 minutes to cook and the side dishes are simple – the entire feast can be on the table in no time. For a more formal dinner, add roasted vegetables or other family favourites.

The spectacular dessert is more time-intensive but can be prepared several days in advance.
