The laneway home of Akua Schatz and Brendon Purdy designed by Vancouver's Smallworks Studios/Laneway Housing Inc. A change to Vancouver's zoning bylaws in 2009 led Brendon and Akua to explore the idea of building in their in-laws back yard.
