There’s little chance the future owners of Suite 4804 will become tired of the scene beyond their glass-walled living room. The south-west vista stretches to the horizon of Lake Ontario, while the foreground action includes planes landing and taking off at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport, the passenger elevator on the outside of the CN Tower, and a clear view of the Blue Jays playing baseball in the Rogers Centre. “When the roof is open you can see the games,” says agent Cynthia Goodchild.

One bustling lobby serves the hotel guests while a quieter entrance next door lets residents slip in and out. An elevator takes residents to another lobby on the 21st floor. Common spaces include a roof terrace, a theatre and meeting rooms.
